To facilitate these goals, the company invests in both internal and external training and certifications for its employees.
All USIT employees are offered two weeks of product training per year quarter to ensure their skills stay current with the latest technological developments. We strongly encourage our project staff to obtain product certifications as they progress through their training program. Over 80% of project staff is product and security certified. Certifications provide assurance that an employee has been tested and have the knowledge and skill required to satisfy a specific level of certification.
