As a DLA JETS Prime contract holder and a long time DLA incumbent, USIT is well positions to excel under this $6B DLA IDIQ. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is the Department of Defense's largest logistics combat support agency, providing worldwide logistics support in both peacetime and wartime to the military services as well as several civilian agencies and foreign countries. The DLA requires innovative and responsive support for a wide variety of challenges facing today's Warfighter. US Information Technologies (USIT) has assembled a team with the broad range of knowledge, skills, and capabilities to meet those challenges and was awarded all 21 Functional Task Areas of the contract.
USIT and its subcontracts provide the full range of IT services, technical and management expertise to DLA that support applications, software, hardware, infrastructure, and systems, across the DLA IT Enterprise. Support is provided for information technology solutions, technical support, maintenance and sustainment; operations support; application development, maintenance and technical support; and lifecycle management. Additionally, the acquisition also supports administrative program management support for IT program offices and DLA Information Operations (J6) Office. While JETS will primarily support DLA IT services requirements, the resultant contracts will also allow for de-centralized ordering by other DoD agencies.
Since 2007, USIT Team has provided professional support services (e.g. software development, sustainment, and IT administration) to Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVSEA), Military Sealift Command (MSC-TRANSCOM), and Navy Exchange Command (NEXCOM) valued at more than $80M.
SeaPort-NxG has a potential value of $5B with a period of performance running from January 2019 through December 2029. USIT Team may provide support under this contract to all DoD organizations, non-DoD or Joint Agencies for work that is integrally related to the product areas and missions of the Warfare Centers. SeaPort-NxG is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management for Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC).
The USIT Team may also provide limited support under this contract to other DoD, non-DoD or Joint Agencies for work that is integrally related to the product areas and missions of the Warfare Centers.

USIT holds a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Consulting Support Services for the Department of Treasury, Bureau of Public Debt (BPD), Office of Administrative Services (OAS). The BPA allows USIT to perform on information technology technical support projects for the various Federal Government agencies serviced by the Bureau of the Public debt’s (BPD) Office of Administrative Services (OAS). USIT performs these services in accordance with our GSA schedule IT 70 rates.
Treasury BPD projects involve system implementation services in order to achieve system compatibility with their customers. Requirements include custom development, including application extensions and interfaces to third party systems in order to meet customer requirements. US Information Technologies was awarded the a six year FAA Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) under their Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) agency-wide contracting program. The MOA, which functions as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), provides for a broad range of comprehensive professional and support services. USIT’s functional area is Computer/Information Systems Development
eFAST is the FAA’s preferred small business professional and support services acquisition vehicle that enables long-term procurements for professional and support services.
The combined ceiling for all MOAs over the contract period is $2 Billion and is the FAA’s Preferred Acquisition Vehicle for Small Business Solutions. This professional and support services acquisition vehicle allows long term procurements for an expanded array of professional and support services to better serve the requirements of the FAA, and when in the best interest of the Government, all other federal government agencies, nationwide, in an expedited efficient and effective manner.
