UPK Quick Start Pack

USIT offers unique Six-Week UPK Quick Start packages from $40,000 which include:

Three-weeks onsite training and working hands-on
Three-weeks offsite developing UPK content

USIT will develop custom UPK deliverables at the client site, which will employ all of UPK's capabilities, using the client's real data. USIT will train client users and create the initial UPK learning modules in this unique six-week offering. At the end of six-weeks, the client will have its initial UPK deliverables completed and will possess the competence to continue the project on their own. USIT can continue on as PMO for the UPK project lifecycle.

USIT technicians will install the Oracle UPK software and download predefined content appropriate for the project. USIT can host the application on its own servers for the period of the project at no additional cost.

USIT has extensive experience building UPK Content and managing teams to rapidly create, modify, and maintain an organization's process documentation (business flows, policies, procedures, and support documents) in UPK and Tutor.
USIT will scope the project and work with client employees to build UPK Learning modules using their own data.
USIT utilizes Oracle UPK to create custom simulations of the client's processes, and maintain a repository of supporting documentation.
USIT will train select client employees on UPK software. USIT will concentrate training activities using the client's data, so that deliverables from the training contribute to the end product.
At the end of six-weeks, the client will have its initial UPK deliverables completed and will possess the competence to continue the project on their own. USIT can follow up as PMO for the UPK project lifecycle.
