USIT maintained its impressive track record, remaining unbeaten on our re-competed contracts and winning back the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Oracle Database and Application Server Administration Support Services (DBA) contract for an additional three years. With this win, USIT has proven it's ability to compete in the marketplace for contracts with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) award criteria.
Under this contract USIT supports numerous Oracle Database and Application Server implementations hosting enterprise 24x7 production systems/applications, which must be administered on an ongoing basis. Our team will continue to provide technical services in the areas of installation, configuration, patching and upgrading Oracle Database and Application Server software; routine day-to-day administration support, troubleshooting, complex tuning, performance monitoring; and research, analysis, design and implementation of infrastructures to leverage new technologies and support increasing customer requirements.
