Chantilly, VA - January 1, 2012 - U.S. Information Technologies Corporation (USIT), a leading provider of Oracle technology solutions, announced its award of a 7 year SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) prime contract. This Multiple Award Contract (MAC) is used by the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corp (USMC) to address ongoing engineering, technology, and program management requirements.

SeaPort-e is designed to streamline and simplify the acquisition of critical professional services by contract participants. This award sets the stage for USIT to continue its steady growth as a prime government contractor by allowing the organization to bid on future work supporting the Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC and NAVSUP) as well as the Office of Naval Research, USMC, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and select others. SeaPort-e is administered by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division.
