Under this Task Order, USIT is responsible for directly supporting the needs of the Strategic Investment Division J6TC, which provides ongoing technical and analytical support for the financial, budget and cost support function provided to all of the J6 Enterprise Service Area’s (ESA) by the Strategic Investment Division (J6TC). This support includes sustaining day to day operations and special projects.
USIT is tasked with providing analytic support for J6 budgetary processes, to include but not limited to: preparing exhibits for budget formulation; tracking and analyzing execution data and providing variance analysis; preparing funding packages for processing; and developing and maintaining the ability to generate Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs).
